The Reality

The rental housing supply in both neighborhoods is limited. Most homes are for sale. When something appears on the rental market, speed is essential. Price-wise, Den Elzent represents the top tier of Eindhoven: you won't find starter homes for rent here. Vonderkwartier is more accessible but also not cheap.

Parking is a point of attention in both neighborhoods. The historic streets were not designed for current car usage. A resident permit is required. Those who can manage without a car are better off here.
