Yes! We are currently in our beta phase. This means we are optimizing our platform. As a thank you for using our website, we are temporarily offering our services completely free of charge. While other platforms often require you to pay for a premium account to see the real estate agent's contact details, with us, it's immediately visible after registration.

As long as the beta phase lasts, all features for home seekers will remain free. In the future, we will introduce premium features, but we will always inform you in advance. So, take advantage now of the opportunity to view real estate agents' details free of charge!

We only display advertisements from professional parties, such as real estate agents and property managers. We do not work with private landlords. We do this to guarantee the quality and reliability of the offerings. You will always rent through a professional.

The advertisements we show are continuously updated. As soon as there is a change in a real estate agent's offerings or a property is delisted, it will be visible on HousingMatchers as soon as possible. Because the rental market moves very quickly, we do recommend that you always respond promptly if you see something you like.

Use our extensive filters. You can search by city, maximum rent, number of bedrooms, and property type (apartment, house, studio). Tip: set up a free search alert via your account. You will then immediately receive an email as soon as a new listing comes online that meets your criteria.

We ask you to create an account to monitor the quality of our platform and prevent spam towards real estate agents. Additionally, with an account, we can help you better, for example, by saving your favorite properties and managing your search alerts. Registration takes less than a minute and, as mentioned, is completely free during the beta.

Have you created an account and are you logged in? Then a button with the real estate agent's contact information (e.g., a phone number, email address, or link to their own website) will appear with each listing. You then contact the real estate agent directly. HousingMatchers does not intermediate; you interact with the provider yourself.

That's frustrating. Because you contact the real estate agent directly, we have no influence on their response time. Real estate agents often receive many responses. Our tip: call the real estate agent if a phone number is available; that often works faster than emailing. Also, make sure your dossier (income details) is in order.

Your privacy is important to us. We only use your data to make your account work and to send you property updates (if desired). We will never sell your data to third parties. You can delete your account and data at any time.

Because we display listings from real estate agents and not from private individuals, an important quality filter is already in place. Nevertheless, we always advise you to remain vigilant. Never transfer money before you have viewed a property and signed a contract with the real estate agent.
