To filter properties by city, municipality, and neighbourhood, HousingMatchers relies on official location boundaries published as open data by Dutch government organisations. We are grateful to the public bodies that make this data available, and we credit their sources and licences below.
Administrative Boundaries
Municipal and other administrative boundaries are derived from the Bestuurlijke Gebieden dataset, sourced from the Basisregistratie Kadaster (BRK) and published by PDOK on behalf of the Kadaster.

Neighbourhoods and Districts
Neighbourhood (buurt) and district (wijk) boundaries are based on the Wijk- en Buurtkaart published by Statistics Netherlands (CBS).

Map Imagery
Map tiles and imagery retain the attribution shown directly on each map and are not affected by the sources listed above.
These datasets are used under their respective licences. Where a licence requires attribution, the originating organisation is credited above. Boundary data is processed and simplified for display, so the boundaries shown on HousingMatchers may differ slightly from the official source geometry.
