Saved Searches: We Keep Watching So You Don't Have To
Set your criteria once. Get an email as soon as a new home matches. No more refreshing twenty tabs.
The rental market moves fast, and hand-checking listings rarely keeps up. A saved search hands that work off to us: pick the area, price, and features you want, and we'll email you as soon as a matching property goes live.
How saved searches work
1. Set your filters
Open the listings page and choose your criteria: location, price range, property type, bedrooms, amenities, availability. The more specific your filters, the more useful the alerts.
2. Save the search
Click Save search at the top of the filters. Give it a recognisable name like "Apartment in Utrecht under €1,500" and choose how often you want alerts.
3. Let the alerts come to you
We check the market constantly. When a new property matches your criteria, you get an email with a direct link to the listing.
Alerts at your speed
Daily digest
One tidy email per day with everything new. A good fit if you're searching steadily and want to avoid notification fatigue.
Instant alerts
We email you the moment a match appears. Useful in fast-moving cities where good listings disappear within hours.
Saved searches vs. favorites
Saved searches and favorites do different things. One runs in the background; the other is your shortlist. Most people use both.

More than just save and forget
Save from any property
Found a home you love but it's already taken? On any property page, click Save this search. We'll set up a saved search around that property's location, type, and price band so you don't miss the next one.
Variants and updates
Want to try a wider price range or a different neighbourhood without losing the original? Save the changes as a variant. Your original alert keeps running and the new one starts watching alongside it.
Pause when life gets busy
Going on holiday or already found a place? Pause individual searches, or switch on quiet mode to pause everything for 7, 14, or 30 days. Your searches stay saved; only the alerts take a break.
Tips for searches that actually help
- Pick a real area. A country-wide search is too noisy to be useful, so narrow it down to a city, neighbourhood, or municipality.
- Set a maximum price, even a generous one. Any upper bound filters out listings you wouldn't consider anyway, and most renters know roughly where their ceiling sits.
- Add at least one more filter on top of location and price: bedrooms, furnishing, or a must-have amenity like parking or a balcony. That's usually the difference between an inbox full of mismatches and an inbox of real candidates.
