The Truth About Overvecht

Overvecht has a reputation that doesn't always match reality. The district has changed considerably in recent years. Investment has been made in housing quality, safety, and amenities. Residents who move here are often more positively surprised than expected.

However, the district still faces challenges. Safety varies by neighborhood within Overvecht. In some places, youth nuisance occurs. The streetscape in some areas is untidy. The municipality is working purposefully on this, with additional resources from the National Program.
