This 30 m² 2-bedroom apartment is located on Sumatrastraat in Lombok-Oost, approximately 5 minutes from Utrecht Central Station and about 15 minutes from the city center.

You will live on the 1st and 2nd floors. Downstairs, you have a living room of approximately 15 m² and a kitchen of 7 m². Upstairs, you will find an attic bedroom of about 8 m², with a sloped ceiling. The bathroom with shower, toilet, and washing machine connection is shared with the working couple on the ground floor, as is the landing. There is no garden or balcony.

Good to know: large sofas or bulky furniture will not fit up…
