Two-Room Property with Garden

A room of approximately 20 m² will become available from 1 November on J.C. Kapteynlaan in the Professorenbuurt neighbourhood. You will rent two separate spaces here: one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, both at the rear of the building.

The kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and rear garden are shared with housemates. This is ideal if you are looking for a room with some extra space to separate living and sleeping areas.

The rent is €645 per month, including gas, water, electricity and municipal taxes. The room is offered unfurnished and is available for long-term rental.
