Room in former Fongers factory on Hereweg

As of August 1, 2026, a room of approximately 10 m² will become available in a shared apartment on Hereweg in the Rivierenbuurt. You'll be living in a unique building: the old Fongers factory from 1896. The oldest part, built in Neo-Renaissance style, was preserved during renovation, giving the building more character than a standard flatshare room in Groningen.

The apartment itself is about 60 m² and is shared with one other resident. You'll have your own bedroom, and together you'll share the living room and kitchen. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, hob, extractor hood, oven, and dishwash…
