Before an agent is allowed to post their listings on our site, we perform a check. This significantly reduces the chance of misleading information, but it remains important that you always stay alert during the rental process.

What do we check?

We screen new partners before they gain access to the platform.

Company Identity

We check if the agent or manager is a legitimate business, for example, by verifying registrations in trade registers.

Online Presence

We review the provider's own website and contact details to establish that they are an active and professional party.

We assess whether the housing offer is realistic and consistent with professional practices.
